Since 2012 Urban Pie has been making some of the best Sourdough Pizza in Southern California. With three Italian wood-burning oven trailers we travel the streets serving small parties of 25 up to 5000 people. We are as well a full-service catering offering large selections of menu items as well as providing service staff, rentals, and bartending. We do Pop-Ups, Farmers Markets, Private events as well as Large Corporate Catering.
Chef & Founder Jason Winters has 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry working for multiple James Beard award-winning chefs. One of his favorite kitchen experiences was working for his mentor Suzanne Goin at Lucques, AOC and Tavern. Jason has an obsession with pizza. His dough goes through a very unique 4-day process naturally which is what makes it so special.
